Evaluation Studies of USAID Development Program IQC

This Indefinite Quantity Contract was designed as a follow on IQC to the Strategic
Planning, Performance Measurement and Evaluation IQC. The goal of this IQC was
to provide USAID Missions with short-term technical and advisory services, and
evaluation studies of its development programs. The contract contained two types
of evaluation services:
- Technical services to the USAID Center for Development Information and
Evaluation (CDIE) for central, program evaluations; and
- Technical services for project and activity evaluations for USAID field
Missions and USAID Washington Bureaus, at either the intermediate
results level or at the Strategic Objective level.
Technical assistance provided by SECID included focus on: program and policy
development, economic growth and agricultural development, population, health
and nutrition, environment and natural resources, governance, human capacity
development, humanitarian assistance, and evaluation methodology design and
training. An illustrative listing of the services carried out under Task Orders
